Diagnostic Testing
As a routine part of our services, we will perform diagnostic testing to ensure that your gas appliance is operating safely within the specifications of the manufacturer. We will provide a detailed report providing documentation and readings from our analysis gauges.
Our CVI will also inspect ventilation and air conveyance systems to determine accumulated contaminant levels, debris distribution, source location and HVAC System deterioration -structural or otherwise – and hazards. Our initial report of the inspection will provide an indicative overview of the internal conditions for the entire system and specific detailed protocol for professional mitigation and refurbishment.
We can perform in-depth Inspections of the entire system, component by component and the report of the assessment can include any of the following items depending on the level of detail required or needed:
- Photographic and/or Video documentation
- The physical condition and structural integrity of each component
- Extent and type of contamination present
- Measurement of air resistance across the heat exchanger coils
- Measurement of temperature drops and relative humidity
- Laboratory test to identify biological growth
- Recommendations for remedial service work
- Scope of work reports
- Budgetary figures for remedial work
